In late 2020, the first case of an autonomous vehicle (AV) without an onboard operator in Hong Kong took place on the HKUST Clear Water Bay Campus. The former team members commercialise their experience gained from the project to establish a TecMart Consulting. In 2023, TecMart started to support an AV manufacturing company to localize their products in Hong Kong.
